I’m a Senior UX designer with 15 years of experience turning tricky product pain points into experiences people love. Previously Lead Designer at Skillcrush and Senior Designer and team lead at Booking.com.

Since 2021, I've worked as a consultant for companies and organizations of all sizes to strengthen and improve customer experiences. I help teams deeply understand their users through research, then tackle complex problems strategically and iteratively.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, I’ve spent the last decade living across Paris, Amsterdam, and now Montpellier.
